Yogurt Fruit Tart

If you’re looking for a healthy dessert with uncompromising taste, you’ve found it. Packed with protein, good fats, fresh fruit, and great taste, there is absolutely no reason to pass on this healthful dessert.

 15 Medjool Dates (can substitute with raisins or cranberries)
 1 ½ cups Raw Unsalted Cashews (can substitute with walnuts)
Filling
 1 cup Greek Yogurt (any flavor)
 Assorted Fresh Fruit

Make sure your dates are soft by soaking in warm water for 10 minutes. Don't forget to pit the dates. Once they're softened, drain the water and put dates and cashews in a food processor. Pulse into a thick "dough" and press evenly in the bottom of a greased, 9 inch spring form pan.

Filling

Spread yogurt on top of the crust and sprinkle fresh fruit on top. Alternate layers and finish with fresh fruit on top for decoration. Slice, serve, and enjoy.
