Vegan Peaches and Cream Popsicles


  • 4 Peaches, pits removed (1 lb)
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • Vanilla Plant-Based Yogurt Alternative


  1. Combine the peaches and the sugar together in a blender or food processor. Pulse to puree. (Adjust the amount of sugar you add by taste.)
  2. Alternate adding spoonfuls of yogurt and peach puree into your popsicle molds. Then take a knife and marble the two together. Then place a popsicle stick into the batter and repeat for all remaining popsicles.
  3. Freeze your popsicles for 6 hours or until the popsicles have fully solidified.
