Triple Decker Brownies
This is a simple three-in-one dessert to make for any occasion that warrants three different types of cookies in one multilayered extravaganza! This recipe starts off with a warm base of chocolate chips cookie dough, followed a crunchy chocolate sandwich cookie layer, and is then smothered in brownie batter and baked to perfection. And since I had leftover chocolate fudge frosting sitting on the counter from our RISE Ombre Coffee Cake, I added chocolate frosting on top of all the other sugary delights! So while the “fourth” layer isn’t technically required, it is a proven fact that life is sweeter with chocolate frosting on top.
