Lemon Cookie

  • 16 oz Sugar Cookie Dough
  • 1 oz box Vanilla Pudding Mix
  • 1 1/4 tsp Lemon Extract
  • Yellow Food Coloring (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine the sugar cookie dough with the pudding mix and lemon extract. Stir until thoroughly combined.
  3. Add the yellow food coloring, if using, and mix in well. Repeat until you’ve achieved your desired shade.
  4. Roll the dough into 1-2 tablespoon sized balls. Space out on a cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until the edges just start to turn golden brown.
