Lemon Sugar Cookie Hack
Bursting with citrus flavor, this cookie only uses three ingredients. And since it’s made using a sugar cookie dough as the base, it simply couldn’t get any easier to make!

- 16 oz Sugar Cookie Dough
- 1 oz box Vanilla Pudding Mix
- 1 1/4 tsp Lemon Extract
- Yellow Food Coloring (Optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine the sugar cookie dough with the pudding mix and lemon extract. Stir until thoroughly combined.
- Add the yellow food coloring, if using, and mix in well. Repeat until you’ve achieved your desired shade.
- Roll the dough into 1-2 tablespoon sized balls. Space out on a cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until the edges just start to turn golden brown.
