Whip the eggs in a large bowl for roughly 5 minutes or until you have a bowl full of fluffy, foamy eggs.
Pour one third of the whipped eggs into a separate bowl with the Nutella in it. Gently fold to combine the two. Don’t stir too aggressively or you’ll knock the air out of the whipped eggs. Repeat adding eggs two more times until all of the eggs have been incorporated and the batter is smooth.
Pour the batter into a 7 inch springform pan and bake for 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool fully before garnishing with a sprinkle of confectioners’ sugar.
