Strawberry Krispy Pops 2

Strawberry Krispy Lollipops

This fanciful upgrade to Rice Krispy Treats will be the life of the party this holiday-packed season. Eye candy that tastes even better- it doesn’t get any better than that. Now excuse me while I go and make myself another batch, the original lollipops have all been eaten.

Pops
 ¼ cup Butter
 5 cups Strawberry Marshmallows
 ½ tsp Vanilla
 6 cups Rice Krispies Cereal
Garnish
 ¾ cup White Chocolate (melted)
 Sprinkles
 Lollipop Sticks

1

Melt together in the microwave, mixing until there are no distinguishable marshmallows.

2

Add vanilla to melted mixture and immediately combine with cereal. Promptly scrape rice krispies to a greased 8 x 8 pan and let cool completely. Friendly piece of advice, fill empty bowls with warm, soapy water as soon as possible for an easier clean up.

3

Cut cooled krispies into evenly sized rectangles. In a small bowl, melt chocolate, adding coconut oil or shortening if not fluid enough. Spoon over individual krispies. Add sprinkles while still chocolate is still warm and allow pops to harden before inserting lollipop sticks. Enjoy.
