Strawberry Brownie Dessert Kebabs

Dessert just got skewered! Studded with brownies, fresh strawberries, and marshmallows, this sweet-on-a-stick is easy and fun to assemble. Just be sure to bake the brownie batter in muffin liners or the brownies will stick to the pan and be impossible to remove in one piece. And for an added aesthetic garnish, drizzle some melted chocolate chips over top of the finished kebabs before serving.

Ingredients
 48 Fresh Strawberries
 24 Marshmallows
24 Mini Brownies (or 1/2 box brownie mix)
 ½ cup Chocolate Chips (melted)
 Wooden Kebab Skewers

Brownies
1

Following the directions on the box, prepare the brownie batter. Pour the batter into a mini muffin tin lined with paper liners. Bake the mini brownies for roughly 18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely. Once cooled, peel the wrapper off the brownie bite.

If your kebabs are too long, score the wooden skewer with a pair of scissors, then break the end off the stick to cut to size. Cut the greens off the strawberries then stab one of the berries with a kebab sticks the tip first. Next stab a marshmallow, followed by one of the mini brownies, and lastly a second strawberry, this time stabbing the widest part of the berry first, so that the tip of each strawberry points outwards at both ends of the kebab.

Chocolate Drizzle
3

Scrape the melted chocolate into a small plastic bag. Trim one of the corners off the bag and drizzle chocolate in a zig zag pattern over the top of each kebab. Allow chocolate to set before serving.
