Snickers Marshmallow Cookie Bar

Snickers Marshmallow Cookie Bar

There are so many layers to this snickers marshmallow cookie bar, you’ll have a hard time picking which one is your favorite! Think of it as a giant sandwich cookie. One with snicker’s candy bars and marshmallow fluff sandwiched in between two layers of chocolate chip cookies. Which makes it one totally awesome sandwich cookie! And yes- it is as good as it sounds.

Snickers Marshmallow Cookie Bar

Ingredients

  • Chocolate Chip Cookie Doug
  • Snickers Bars
  • Marshmallow Fluff
  • Chocolate Chips, for garnish
  • Mini Marshmallows, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Press a layer of cookie dough into the bottom of a 9×9 inch baking pan lined with parchment paper.
  3. Set a layer of snickers bars on top of the cookie dough. Then spread a layer of marshmallow fluff to cover the candy bars.
  4. Top with another layer of cookie dough. If desired, garnish with chocolate chips and mini marshmallows. Cover the dessert with aluminum foil.
  5. Bake for 90 minutes or until the center is fully cooked. (Due to all the layers, mine took forever to bake. Hopefully your oven does a better job. But be warned that this dessert is a bit of a time commitment.) Once cooked all the way through, remove from heat and allow to set before serving.
