As a lover of cookies in general, I highly recommend you try this particular recipe. They were soooo good, they tasted like a candy bar and a campfire all in one! I rarely bake with milk chocolate, but after this, I plan to make it a staple. But seriously, go make these summer inspired cookies ASAP.

Combine the butter and crumbs together then press into a parchment paper lined 9 x 13 inch pan. Set aside.
Cream butter and sugar in a large bowl. Add in eggs and vanilla and stir until combined. Mix the baking powder and salt with 1 cup of flour. Pour into the butter mixture and stir in the rest of the flour. Fold in the chocolate chips and marshmallows. Press the dough into the pan with a spatula or floured hands directly on the graham cracker crust.
Add the topping ingredients on top of the dough. Bake at 325 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until lightly browned and a toothpick comes out clean. The dough should be soft in the center; allow the bars to cool before serving with a glass of milk or a scoop of ice cream.
