S’more Chocolate Chip Cookies
We decided to combine two of the best, most classic desserts ever to create a masterpiece… s’more chocolate chip cookies. No treat embodies the taste of a balmy summer night like a s’more. They’re sweet, melty, and gooey but they still have that delightful graham cracker crunch. It’s the flavor of a campfire paradise. But sometimes I’m just not in the mood for a s’more. Sometimes, I’m feelin’ more like a cookie monster. So I made a Frankenstein s’more-cookie hybrid. And it came out delicious!
It’s all warm chocolate, chewy carbs, and crisp graham cracker crunch. Even after they’ve cooled, with all of the chocolate in them, they’re still scrumptious. (It’s no secret how I feel about chocolate… It’s the key to happiness.) And I just used a store bought cookie dough- which made my life a breeze. Just make a s’more on a cookie sheet, top with a small round of cookie dough, and bake. It’s an insanely easy was to bring that classic, campfire flavor into your kitchen- no matter the weather.Print
