Either make your favorite cupcake recipe or use a quick and easy box mix. Add sprinkles to the batter for a fun flare.
Frost the entire cupcake. Dip one half of the cupcake in the red crystal sprinkles to coat. This will be his hat. Create a brim with white chocolate chips. Add a ball at the tip of his hat. Place two mini chocolate chips for his eyes and a single M & M for his nose. Give Santa a beard with the shredded coconut, pressing it under his nose and right up to the brim of his hat. Repeat for multiple Santa Clauses.
