Edible Red Velvet Cookie Dough-3

Safe and Easy Red Velvet Cookie Dough Recipe

Edible Red Velvet Cookie Dough

Red velvet is a yummy dessert, but it’s even better when you don’t have to cook it! Which is what the edible red velvet cookie dough is all about! And it’s not at all hard to make. It only takes about fifteen minutes, a single bowl, and a spoon. And the spoon can do double duty, for when it’s time to chow down.

Now remember, as with any edible cookie dough, remember to heat treat your flour before you start mixing. Raw flour sometimes contains E. Coli; but if you just bake your flour on a cookie sheet beforehand, the sustained heat of the oven kills off any potential bacteria. It only takes five minutes and yet this one, simple step can guarantee that your culinary adventures won’t make you sick. So, please don’t skip this step!
