Double Chip Cookies

 1 cup Butter (soft)
 ¼ cup White Sugar
 ¾ cup Brown Sugar
 4 oz Instant Pudding Mix (vanilla or chocolate, or butterscotch)
 1 tsp Vanilla
 2 Eggs
 2 ¼ cups Flour
 1 tsp Baking Soda
 12 oz Package of Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
 12 oz Package of Butterscotch Chips
 1 cup Chopped Nuts (optional)

Combine sugars, butter, pudding mix & vanilla. Mix until smooth. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour & baking soda. Stir in chips and nuts.


Drop by spoonful onto cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
