This is a healthy pumpkin recipe that is perfect for sharing or just as healthy snack option for when you get nibbly.

Ingredients
4 oz Cream Cheese (soft)
¼ cup Pumpkin Puree
6 tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder
½ tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 cup Rolled Oats
½ cup Gingersnaps (coarsely crumbled)
Prep, Chill, and Serve

Combine all ingredients and chill until firm. Spoon mixture out and roll into a 1 inch ball. Roll each in additional finely crumbled gingersnaps. Chill until ready to serve.
