Peanut Butter Delight

Start with a peanut butter cookie the size of your face, then paint a chocolate mousse on top and garnish with your favorite toppings. We used mini chocolate chips, whipped cream and a cherry on top. Makes 6 decadent cookies.

Cookies
 1 cup Brown Sugar
 1 cup Sugar
  cup Oil
 1 cup Peanut Buttter
 3 cups Flour
 2 Eggs
 1 tsp Vanilla
 ½ tsp Salt
 1 ½ tsp Baking Soda
Chocolate Mousse
 2 oz Cream Cheese
 1 ½ tbsp Sugar
 ¼ cup Sour Cream
 ½ tsp Vanilla
 2 oz Cool Whip (thawed)
 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
 1 tbsp Confectionery Sugar

Cookies

Mix ingredients together and form into 6 large patties. Using the back of a fork, press a crisscross pattern into the dough. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

Chocolate Mousse

Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream and vanilla; beat. Then fold in cool whip, powdered sugar, and peanut butter.
