Oreo Nutella Chocolate Chip Surprise

This culinary masterpiece will forever change your relationship with chocolate chip cookies. Bye bye regular, predictable chocolate chip cookies- ya boring. Once you try this ultra cookie with a mini Oreo hiding inside wrapped in warm, silky Nutella, there’s no going back.

Cookies
 1 cup Butter (soft)
 ¼ cup White Sugar
 ¾ cup Brown Sugar
 4 oz Instant Pudding Mix (vanilla, chocolate, or butterscotch)
 1 tsp Vanilla
 2 Eggs
 2 ¼ cups Flour
 1 tsp Baking Soda
 12 oz Package Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Filling
 Mini Oreo Cookies
 Nutella

Cream the butter and sugars together. Next, add the instant pudding mix, vanilla, and eggs to the sweetened butter. Then, gradually add the dry ingredients. Once dough is finished mixing, add the chocolate chips.

Fill and Bake

Shape the cookies into patties and then smear Nutella on the center of the cookie. Place a single mini Oreo in the middle and then pinch the edges of the patty up and over the filled insides. Repeat with remaining dough. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
