Oreo Donuts

If I were the Cookie Monster, I would eat these for breakfast eight days a week! With crushed cookies both inside and out, these chocolaty donuts are a scrumptious confection. The rich chocolate batter gets smothered in a white chocolate ganache and then dusted with a garnish of additional crushed cookies. The recipe doesn’t make a large batch- I was just able to make 9 donuts, but every morsel was irresistibly mouthwatering.

Dunk the donuts into the glaze and sprinkle with cookie dust while the glaze is still tacky. Allow glaze to set before serving. (If it's taking too long, pop the donuts in the fridge to speed up the waiting.)
