If I were the Cookie Monster, I would eat these for breakfast eight days a week! With crushed cookies both inside and out, these chocolaty donuts are a scrumptious confection. The rich chocolate batter gets smothered in a white chocolate ganache and then dusted with a garnish of additional crushed cookies. The recipe doesn’t make a large batch- I was just able to make 9 donuts, but every morsel was irresistibly mouthwatering.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all of the wet ingredients in a large bowl; mix well. Add the baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Add the brown sugar and coco powder, stirring until homogenous. Fold in crushed cookies.
Scrape the batter into a piping bag and pipe into a donut pan. Bake for 10 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Place on a wire rack to cool.
Whisk together the milk, confectioners' sugar, and vanilla. In a small bowl, microwave the white chocolate chips until melted. Add the melted chocolate to the glaze mixture, stirring well. Dunk the donuts into the glaze and sprinkle with cookie dust while the glaze is still tacky. Allow glaze to set before serving. (If it's taking too long, pop the donuts in the fridge to speed up the waiting.)
