Oreo Cheesecake Brownies
In addition to being mouthwateringly scrumptious, these oreo cheesecake brownies are also visually stunning! The contrast between the dark brownie bottom and the pale cheesecake topping is striking. Plus, there’s a hidden layer of Oreos buried in between the two! Suffice it to say, this dessert does NOT disappoint.

Ingredients

Scale
Brownie Base:
- 1 box Brownie Mix
- 16 Oreos
Cheesecake Topping:
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 2 Eggs
- 3 tbsp Sugar
Instructions
Brownie Base:
- Prepare the brownie mix according to the directions on the back of your box. Pour the batter into a parchment paper lined 9 x 9 inch baking pan.
- Press the Oreo cookies into the surface of the brownie batter; set aside.
Cheesecake Topping:
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add the eggs and sugar and beat until the mixture is smooth and uniform.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the top of the prepared pan. Smooth out the batter until all the Oreo cookies are completely hidden. Garnish the top with crushed Oreo pieces, if desired.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until fully cooked. (AKA the center is no longer jiggly.) Cover the top of your dessert with aluminum foil part way through the cook time. This keeps the top from getting too brown, while allowing the middle to continue to cook.
- Remove from heat and cool completely. Store in the refrigerator.
