Ingredients
 Double Stuffed Chocolate Sandwich Cookies
 Orange Chocolate Wafers (melted)
 Black Gel Pen
 Lollipop Sticks

Prep
1

Carefully separate the two sides of the sandwich cookie. Set a lollipop stick into the middle of the filling, then return the cookie half on top of the filling. Set the cookie on a wire rack and spoon melted chocolate on top of the cookie. Tap the wire rack against the table to smooth the surface of the chocolate. Allow the chocolate to set and repeat with additional cookies.

Decorate
2

Once the chocolate hardens, take the black gel pen and draw a line straight up from the lollipop stick and draw a second line perpendicular to the first line. Once you've created a cross in the middle of the orange cookie, draw an arc on either side without touching the center cross. Allow the black gel to dry before serving.
