Recipe
Preheat the oven to the temperature specified on the sugar cookie recipe. (Mine was at 375 degrees.)
Prepare the sugar cookie dough according to the directions on the box of the sugar cookie mix. Pat the dough into a 2 inch diameter disk.
Spoon a tablespoon of Nutella into the center of the flattened sugar cookie round. Pinch the edges of the disk in towards the center of the cookie to fully encapsulate the Nutella. Set the cookie (ugly, pinched side down) on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
Bake until the edges have just turned brown, then remove from the oven. (Again, check the directions on your sugar cookie recipe in order to set your timer. Mine took about 8 minutes.)
