3 Ingredient Oreo Cake


Units Scale

Oreo Cake:

  • 28 Oreos
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 c milk

Optional Garnish:

  • 1/2 c heavy cream
  • 1/2 c dark chocolate
  • Oreo cookie crumbs


  1. Separate the Oreo cookies from the Oreo filling. Set the Oreo filling aside.
  2. Crush the Oreo cookies into crumbs either using a bag and a rolling pin or a food processor.
  3. Pour the cookie crumbs into a bowl and mix with the baking powder to combine. Add the milk and the Oreo filling from earlier to the batter and stir well.
  4. Pour into a 7 inch glass bowl and microwave for 6 minutes to cook.


If desired, you can garnish your cake with a ganache. Make the ganache by combining heavy cream and dark chocolate together in a microwaveable bowl. Heat in 30 second intervals to melt the chocolate. Stir often until the ganache is super shiny and smooth. Pour over the top of the cake to cover and sprinkle with additional Oreo crumbs.
