If you feel like bringing a healthy alternative to the dessert table, this delicious Paleo brownie will sate both your epicurean and health driven desires.

In a food processor, blend the dates into a clumpy paste. Then add the coconut oil and cocoa powder and puree the mixture until smooth. Next add the eggs, flour, honey, vanilla, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Puree smooth. Grease a 8x8 baking dish and pour in the brownie mix.
Add the shredded coconut, oil, butter, and honey in a microwavable bowl. Heat until oil and butter are melted. Add the egg whites and salt, mix together and pour on top of uncooked brownie.
Bake at 365 degrees (yes, 365 that's not a mistype) for 20-25 minutes. Cool, cut into pieces, and enjoy.
