Ingredients
Units
Scale
Cookies:
- 1 cup Butter
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Egg yolks
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 cups Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 2/3 cup White Chocolate Chips
Brownies:
- 1 1/2 sticks Butter, melted
- 1 1/4 cups Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 3/4 cup Milk Chocolate Chips, melted
- 1 cup Flour
- 1/4 cup Cocoa powder
- 1 tsp Salt
Filling:
- 10 bars Kinder Bueno Candy Bars
Instructions
Cookies:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Cream together the butter and brown sugar until fluffy and smooth. Add the egg yolks and vanilla and beat until combined.
- Add the flour and baking powder, mixing until just combined. Fold in the white chocolate chips and press into the bottom of a parchment paper lined 9 x 9 inch baking pan.
- Top your cookie dough with Kinder bars and set your baking pan aside.
Brownies
- Beat the melted butter and sugar together. Add the eggs and melted milk chocolate; mix until thoroughly combined.
- Mix the flour, cocoa powder, and salt into the batter until just combined. Pour your finished brownie batter into the prepared baking pan, completely covering the Kinder bar layer.
- Bake in the oven for 40 minutes or until cooked all the way through. (AKA the center is no longer jiggly. If, as it cooks, the top looks too brown but the center isn’t fully cooked yet, cover the pan with aluminum foil and keep baking it until it’s fully cooked.) Remove from heat and allow to cool before serving.
