Kinder Blondies
- Author: Mackie
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup Butter
- ¾ cup Brown Sugar
- ½ cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 cups Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 8 bars Kinder Bueno Candy Bars, broken in pieces
- 1 cup White Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Cream together the butter and sugars until fluffy and smooth. Add the eggs and vanilla; mix to combine.
- Add the flour, baking soda, and salt and mix until just combined. Fold in the Kinder bars and white chocolate chips.
- Press the cookie dough into a parchment paper lined 9 x 9 inch baking pan. If desired, top with additional Kinder bar pieces and white chocolate chips.
- Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until cooked all the way through. (AKA the center is no longer jiggly. If, as it cooks, the top looks too brown but the center isn’t fully cooked yet, cover the pan with aluminum foil and keep baking it until it’s fully cooked.) Remove from heat and allow to cool before serving.
