Hot Cocoa Cheesecake Dip

Nothing says winter fun like coming in from the cold to a hot cup of hot chocolate with little marshmallows floating on top. And as long as scientists are still working on how to capture feelings in a bottle, this is the next best thing. Inspired by that very feeling, this recipe is made way more better by the simple fact that instead of using a spoon, you scoop it out of the bowl with chocolate chips cookies! The refreshing creaminess is the first thing I noticed, immediately followed by a wave of chocolate flavor and light puffs of marshmallows. And, of course, there were the chocolate chip cookies in every bite. So long as you have all 4 ingredients, let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!

Dip
 4.73 oz Packets Hot Cocoa Mix (without marshmallows)
 8 oz Cream Cheese (room temperature)
 4 oz Frozen Whipped Cream (thawed)
 Mini Marshmallows
 Chocolate Chip Cookies for Serving

Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add hot cocoa mix and beat until homogeneous. Add the whipped topping and beat until well combined. Scrape into a serving bowl and sprinkle marshmallows on top. Serve with cookies for scooping.
