Edible Fun Fetti Cookie Dough
One of our most irresistible recipes yet, this edible cookie dough is overflowing with sprinkles and white chocolate. The festive batter is entirely irresistible: I’m supposed to be on a diet, but it looked so good that I just had to have one little taste… It was several spoonfuls later before I forced myself to walk away. Then my brother proceeded to eat the entire rest of the batch. #NoRegrets

Scale
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter (soft)
- 2/3 cup Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 tbsp Milk
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1/4 tsp Almond Extract
- 1/3 cup White Chocolate Chip
- 3 tbsp Rainbow Sprinkles
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Evenly spread the flour onto a cookie sheet with a rim. Bake for 7 minutes to kill any potential e-coli bacteria. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
- Cream together the butter, sugar, and salt in a medium sized mixing bowl; beat until pale and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Add the milk, vanilla, and almond extract, mixing well.
- Add the milk, vanilla, and almond extract, mixing well. Add the flour and stir until homogenous. If necessary, add additional milk 1/2 tablespoon at a time to thin the batter.
- Fold in white chocolate chips and sprinkles and garnish with even more sprinkles. Store any leftover cookie dough in refrigerator.
