The lesser known relative to the wildly popular Edible Funfetti Cookie Dough, let me introduce you to yet another sweet treat- with no oven required. This cookie dough features a rich, chocolaty base that’s practically overflowing with pieces of dark chocolate. Between the eggs and heat treated flour, there is no risk of ingesting harmful bacteria. The only risk with this treat is eating the whole batch in one sitting- and on that count, the risk is real.

Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Evenly spread the flour onto a cookie sheet with a rim. Bake for 7 minutes to kill any potential e-coli bacteria. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
Cream the butter, sugar, and salt together for about 3 minutes, or until the mixture is pale and fluffy. Mix in the milk and vanilla. Add the flour and cocoa powder. If the batter is too thick, add an additional 1/2 tablespoon of milk until your desired consistency is achieved.
Fold in the dark chocolate and store any leftover cookie dough in the refrigerator.
