Ultimate Edible Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough


Units Scale
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup Mini Chocolate Chips


  1. Spread the flour on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 7 minutes in order to kill any bacteria present. Do NOT skip this step! Remove from heat and allow to cool to completely.
  2. Cream the butter, brown sugar, and sugar together until smooth and fluffy. Add the salt, milk, and vanilla and beat until incorporated.
  3. Add the heat-treated flour and mix until homogenous. Fold in the mini chocolate chips and serve. Store any leftovers in the fridge.
