Ultimate Edible Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

- 1 cup Flour
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 tbsp Milk
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Spread the flour on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 7 minutes in order to kill any bacteria present. Do NOT skip this step! Remove from heat and allow to cool to completely.
- Cream the butter, brown sugar, and sugar together until smooth and fluffy. Add the salt, milk, and vanilla and beat until incorporated.
- Add the heat-treated flour and mix until homogenous. Fold in the mini chocolate chips and serve. Store any leftovers in the fridge.
