Double Chocolate Kiss Cookies

Indulgent, simple, and true to itself, this cookie knows its identity: chocolate… On chocolate, on chocolate. The soft cookie base is rolled in chocolate sprinkles and wears a milk chocolate top hat. Indescribably delicious, yet only taking about 10 minutes to make, these are a culinary marvel on so many levels!

Double Chocolate Kiss Cookies

  • 16.50 oz Chocolate chip cookie dough
  • 1/3 cup Cocoa powder
  • 2/3 cup Chocolate sprinkles
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 40 Chocolate Kisses

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Combine the cookie dough and the cocoa powder in a bowl. Knead the cocoa into the dough until there are no streaks left. Roll dough into 1 inch balls and dip into milk. Once the dough is wet, roll in a shallow bowl of sprinkles. On a cookie sheet, place balls 2 inches apart from one another. Bake for 8 minutes, until the edges are firm.
  3. As soon as the cookies come out of the oven, press a chocolate kisses into the center of each cookie. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
