Red Velvet Cookies
These are so easy to make and SO tasty, too! It only takes a red velvet cake mix, two eggs, and a stick of butter- oh, and some white chocolate chips! And that’s all the ingredients! Which makes these four ingredient red velvet cookies are a great cake based cookie to keep in your back pocket for a quick sweet treat fix.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the red velvet cake mix, eggs, and butter together until smooth and uniform. Fold in the white chocolate chips. Form 1 tablespoon of cookie dough into a ball and place it on a parchment paper line cookie sheet; repeat with remaining cookie dough. Bake for 8-10 minutes, then remove from heat and allow to cool on a wire rack.
