Cinnamon rolls are delicious, so why not cut down on the prep work without cutting out that cinnamon goodness we really crave?
Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add in salt, molasses, and cinnamon. Pour in the marshmallows and stir constantly until the marshmallows are completely melted. Remove pot from stove and add vanilla. Fold in the cereal and stir until well mixed.
Pour mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan and press surface smooth with a spatula. Allow the krispies to cool several minutes, then cut into squares. Using your hands, mold the edges into a circular shape.
Beat all ingredients together until smooth. Pipe frosting onto the circular krispie starting in the center and spiraling outward. Sprinkle additional cinnamon on top of the frosting, if desired, then enjoy.
