Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Pretzels

I like peanut butter. I like pretzels. I love chocolate. Put it all together and what do you get? Addictive sweet and savory bites! It all starts with two mini pretzels, some dark chocolate (or your favorite variety of chocolate), creamy peanut butter, and a dream. Take the peanut butter and make it into a mouthwatering peanut butter frosting. Sandwich the PB frosting between two crisp, crunchy pretzels, and coat one half of it in dark chocolate. Once the chocolate has set, you’ve created a bowl full of the best game day snack imaginable. That is, if you’re willing to share.

 1 cup Creamy peanut butter
 2 tbsp Butter
 ½ cup Confectioners' sugar
 Mini pretzel twists
 2 cups Chocolate, melted

1

Beat the peanut butter and butter together. Add the sugars and beat until well combined. You should be able to roll the mixture into small balls without it being too sticky. Adjust the consistency with more or less confectioners' sugar.

2

Sandwich the peanut butter mixture between two pretzels. Melt the chocolate in the microwave until smooth. Dip each peanut buttered pretzel bite halfway into the melted chocolate. Place on a sheet of parchment paper until the chocolate has set.
