Cheesy Monkey Bread

This is an AMAZINGLY delicious savory bread! It is a great party food or make it a side dish for an Italian dinner. I pinkie promise that it will be love at first bite.

 ½ lb Monterey jack cheese
 1 oz Parmesan
 ¼ cup Unsalted butter, cold
 1 Shallot, chopped
 4 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
 ¼ cup Parsley, finely chopped
 ¼ tsp Crushed red pepper
 Salt to taste
 Pepper to taste
 1 lb cold Pizza dough, cut into 1 inch pieces

Coarsely shred cheeses and shred the butter with the cheese grater. Toss cheeses, butter, shallot, garlic, parsley, and red pepper flakes in a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Reserve one third of the cheese mixture in a small bowl and set aside. Add dough pieces, a few at a time, to remaining cheese mixture in original bowl and toss gently to coat.

Lightly coat a medium skillet with nonstick spray and arrange in an even layer. Pour any leftover cheese mixture from the original bowl over the top. Let sit in a warm place and rise so that it doubles in side and are puffy, about 30-40 minutes.

Bake bread at 375 degrees for 18-22 minutes until top is lightly browned. Top bread with reserved cheese mixture and continue baking for 10-15 minutes until edges are golden brown and cheese is melted.
