These candied lollipop treats are fluffy on the inside with a warm dark chocolate and long lasting caramel coating on the outside. Plus, the sea salt sprinkles balances out some of the sweetness.
Stab the marshmallows with lollipop sticks then dip them in them melted caramel. Place on a sheet of parchment paper and let set. Once the caramel hardens, combine the chocolate and oil in a small bowl and microwave until melted, stirring often.
Dip the lollipops in the melted chocolate and return to the parchment paper and sprinkle with sea salt. Allow the chocolate to set before serving.
