Blueberry Mug Cake

Blueberries abound in this fruity mug cake. Made just like a traditional cake, or blueberry muffin, but scaled to serve just one. Simply combine all the ingredients together in the mug of your choice and bake in the microwave until fully cooked- roughly 1:30 minutes. If only every meal in my life was this quick to assemble and even half as tasty. Oh well, a girl can dream.

 4 tbsp Flour
 5 tbsp Sugar
 ½ tsp Baking powder
 1 Egg
 3 tbsp Milk
 3 tbsp Oil
 8 Blueberries

Combine all of the ingredients except the blueberries in the mug until completely smooth. Fold in the blueberries and microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. Let the cake sit for a few minutes, then eat while still warm.
