Created as the colorful, vanilla counterpart to the Double Cookie Skillet, this dessert is just as annoyingly delicious as the original. Made with a blondie base, rainbow chocolate chip cookies, and crumbled vanilla Oreos, the decadence doesn’t stop there. Once it’s been baked, serve warm with several scoops of ice cream (vanilla, obviously), a drizzle of strawberry syrup, and additional crushed Oreos for the “full effect.”
Rainbow chocolate chip cookies, you ask?
Why yes! For maximum visual effect, I bought chocolate chip cookie dough and then proceeded to tie dyed it. Completely unnecessary, but incredibly eye-catching. But, honestly, the cookies aren’t the most exciting part of this dish. In fact, if I’d thought of it, I would’ve used sugar cookies in lieu of the chocolate chip cookies. It better matches my “vanilla” theme. But whatever cookie batter you choose, this three in one cookie skillet is mouthwatering.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Combine the cake mix, oil, egg, and milk in a bowl and stir until well mixed. Fold the white chocolate and sprinkles into the batter. Pour the blondie batter into a greased skillet.
Divide the chocolate chip cookie dough into separate bowls. Add a different color of food coloring to each bowl and mix until homogenous. Combine all of the different colored cookie batter together until "tie dyed." Roll into a log and cut into individual medallions and place 4-7 medallions on top of the blondie batter.
Sprinkle crushed vanilla sandwich cookies over the surface of the skillet. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the blondie base is fully cooked. Serve warm. Garnish with vanilla ice cream, strawberry syrup, and additional crushed sandwich cookies.
